I wanna share this video of the SULADS. My heart was in sulads because I'm one of them. I worked and became a volunteer last 2001-2002 but all the memories was very fresh to me specially when I saw the video. The village where I stayed for a year and the village of Lapangon was captured by this video so when I watch this video mostly I moved to tears. I can't understand myself I'm so emotional when I remember my students the Manobos/Lumads that they are unfortunate group of people that needs help and care. Most of them don't know how to read and write and for short most of them we're illiterate. They are nice people though they are brave because they want to protect their tribe. If only I have enough money to help them I really want to help them by sponsoring even one of the Manobo child to go to school until they will finish their college or I can donate the project of the SULADS but as of now I can't donate. I really salute to God and to the Sulads Director Daryl Famisaran for being one of the Bayaning Filipino beacause of helping the Lumads or the Manobos in the mountain. For his unselfish love to the people and serving without receiving a big salary.
